hello, I am tess.

I am a photographer dedicated to capturing timeless, authentic moments across the Midwest. Based in downtown Chicago, I also frequently travel to Madison and Sheboygan, Wisconsin, bringing a refined, thoughtful approach to every session through all seasons.

My interest for photography began at a young age during summers on York Beach, Maine, where I was captivated by serene sunrises, tranquil waves, and the magic of seeing the world through my little lens. Inspired by one of my uncle’s collection of cameras and music equipment, I discovered a lifelong love for framing moments that tell a story.

Photography has since given me a unique perspective: the ability to slow down, focus on the soft details, and connect deeply with the people I work with. I specialize in capturing the joy and significance of life’s milestones—whether it be for an elegant wedding, high school and college graduates, intimate family portraits, or dynamic events—my approach is always timeless and artfully curated.
